San Francisco Bay notched up his third win at Nottingham on Friday which was well deserved as he had been placed in his previous two runs.  In all he has finished in the first three on ten occasions and seems to be coming into his own when running over ten furlongs.  On this occasion he went to post as the 2/1 favourite and victory was never in doubt, leading from a long way out.  He had two and a half lengths to spare over the 2^nd horse with a further four lengths back to the 3^rd.  This confined handicap was for horses which have not won a race in 2025.  The handicapper has given him 5 lbs but even with the additional weight further wins can be expected.
