Desert Angel won a Class 2 Nursery on September 11th and with just a twelve day break took on another Class 2 Nursery in Newmarket on September 23rd.  On this occasion he was ridden by the champion jockey Ryan Moore who used the same tactics of dropping him in last until the 2f mark.  He took the lead at the furlong pole and had a very comfortable win over a very strong field.  Both his wins have been over one mile and he has really blossomed with this step up in trip.

His trainer and rider said there is even more and better to come so we will shortly see him competing in pattern company.

Desert Angel is out of the Cape Cross mare Slieve Mish and her dam, Aspiration, is from one of the great Bolger families.
