Fame and Acclaim (Acclamation X Applause) has been running in good company and moving up the handicap with an official rating of 87. Placed in his previous two starts at three he made no mistake in Cork on Sunday, winning by a comfortable three lengths. He took the lead one furlong out and quickly opened up a winning margin to win comfortably. Though prize money has been reduced due to Covid 19 he has now collected €17,500 for his owner. Being lightly raced he should not have a problem winning more races off his present handicap mark.
