Hi Clare (Kodiac X Shemda) had three seconds and a third to his name when taking on the At The Races Nursery Handicap at Wolverhampton. Here he was given top weight for the extended one mile handicap. His jockey led from stalls to post and though other were closing towards the finish he did enough to win snuggly.
He is a second winner from Shemda’s first two foals. She herself was a winner at middle distance so Hi Clare can win again at a mile or one mile plus. Shemda’s third foal is a Night of Thunder filly which sells as Newmarket Book One on October 5th.
