Lord Cherry (Profitable X Winning Sequence) had a 172 days break when reappearing in the Spreadex Sports Classified Stakes at Southwell on February 2nd. Strongly fancied he went to post at a price of 3/1 and justified the confidence placed in him. He went to the front 5f from home and though headed on the 1f mark by the favourite he fought back to lead again close home.
Lord Cherry was the last foal out of the mare Winning Sequence. Having won this classified stake he should now pick up some handicaps off his present mark.
