Saadiyat (Lope de Vega X Sweepstake) was a close 2^nd, beaten three quarters of a length, on her only race as a 2YO in October 2022.  With promising efforts, on soft ground, at Longchamp in June and July she started as favourite when going to Vichy on August 2^nd.  Stepping up to one mile and two furlongs in the Louis Cambreleng Maiden Stakes she obliged followers with a hard fought win, bringing her winnings to date to just over €20,000.  Her owner and trainer say that she will next run in pattern company, preferably on good ground and over the longer distance.  Saadiyat is a half sister to Broome and Point Lonsdale.  The former a GR1 winner and many group placings and the latter a multiple GR2 winner and GR1 placed.
