Shamiyna ran once in 2019 and after a twelve months layoff was beaten a head at Leopardstown on the 9th of June this year. The winner that day, Ennistymon, went on to finish runner up in the Epsom Oaks. Shamiyna won her maiden in Killarney on the 19th August and reappeared again on October 4th to win this conditions race by seven lengths.
